  • In just ONE DAY you will gain the knowledge you need to understand yourself, your team and your target audience in minutes instead of months.

  • I understand that as a manager, one of the most challenging parts of your job is getting your team performing, and consistently. You need them to apply themselves everyday and stay motivated, even through the tough times. But without a full understanding of who they really are, it’s difficult to get their full potential out of them. A blanket approach doesn’t work as every member of your team is different.

  • To address this we’ll profile your team so you gain a thorough understanding of them in minutes and the results will massively enhance their own self-awareness. It’s not just about you being able to manage them better; uncovering their own blind spots will mean they can manage themselves better too.

  • But only profiling your team will now solve all the problems. We all have blind spots; parts of ourselves that we choose not to show others, things that others see in us that we don’t. Gaining that understanding of your own profile leaves no stone unturned, and by knowing more about yourself, you can then adapt and modify your management style to unlock your team's full potential.

  • This will depend on the needs of your agency and I will guide you on what will fit best, but you can either gain your L1 certification in DISC, or participate in a tailored workshop. The main difference is that with your L1 completed you can then administer and understand the profiles yourself. This is a great option if you want to offer it as a service to your clients and/or use it as part of your future hiring processes.
