Having a team of consultants, especially when they’re fairly new to recruitment, brings responsibility.  

  • They need training and support in order for them to excel and stay.

  • And this isn’t just a one off, this is needed for the long term.

  • But your time is limited. Adding training to your list of responsibilities is going to take you and your managers away from important parts of your business. 

  • That’s where the Growth Programme comes in.

12 month Growth Programme

  • You get a quota of face-to-face training days and online workshops that you can book in as and when you need them. All the content is tailored to the needs of your consultants. As they grow, the programme grows with them.

  • I understand that one of the areas that is the most challenging is getting your consultants on board with their business development and sales.

    So to address this, each week the consultants have a sales meeting with me. I focus on their motivation levels, confidence and developing their sales mindset. It’s an ‘open surgery’ approach where they bring questions, challenges and ideas that we discuss as a group; they learn to support each other.

  • What happens when I’m not there? The consultants can access me via a dedicated support group. They know I’m always there if they need me.

  • Every new consultant that joins during the programme will be given a training induction by me, to get them settled and to identify their training needs early on.

  • And it’s not just the consultants that are supported, your managers are too. They have access to a support group via WhatsApp and fortnightly meetings with me to discuss the consultants progress and where they need development.
