Welcome
Hello and welcome to Kate O'Neill Coaching!
As you can probably tell from the title above, this is my first blog post, I can't wait to share posts with you that will provide insight into the different areas and values of coaching, for a first blog though where's better to start than the beginning?
I thought I'd use this first post to introduce myself to you by telling you a bit about my experience in the Sales and Recruitment industries and my coaching that I offer.
I've created Kate O'Neill Coaching to provide both individuals and businesses within sales & recruitment the skills they need to deal with the day to day issues they face alongside reaching their goals by giving them the coaching and skills they need to reach their potential and hit their targets.
I’ve been working in these industries for my entire career. As soon as I left university I started working in sales, and with nearly nine years of experience in recruitment, I've seen my fair share of struggles and lessons learnt in both industries.
More importantly, I've also had a front-row seat in viewing the challenges that both individuals and businesses can face, from the anxiety and struggles of reaching targets, to new managers not supplied with the right coaching to gain the skills needed to lead a team of individuals.
And now in 2021, working with those struggling with the added pressure of doing all of this from home and needing to be adaptable.
From my time behind the recruitment desk I grew a passion for helping people reach their potential, providing them with the guidance and tools they needed to develop their skills, planning and strategizing for successful careers in Sales and Recruitment.
My goal is always to support Sales and Recruitment professionals, through tailored coaching thats flexible and focuses on where you need support, increasing your teams’ success and motivation, strengthening their knowledge of sales, and helping them to develop the mindset they need to achieve their full potential. When people develop and exceed their goals they become happier and more fulfilled in their roles.
The last 10 months have made remote working the new normal, and although I’ve been working from home since 2014, the pandemic has forced businesses to adapt to remote teams, and for many, this is a major adjustment. However, my coaching was always intended to be flexible, with options both virtual or in person.
