You've read what I do. Here's what actually happens if you book a chat.
We jump on a Zoom call, or I'll pop in and see you in person, depending where you're based. This isn't a sales pitch — it's me trying to properly understand your business before I even think about what might help. I'll ask about things like:
I can't prescribe the right combination of training, coaching, DISC or fractional BD without understanding the real landscape first. So this conversation matters more than people expect it to.
I'll usually give you a flavour of my initial thinking in that first call. But properly, I go away afterwards and put together a set of options — different ways we could tackle what you've told me, with cost against each one.
We book a follow-up chat to go through the options in detail — what each one involves, why I've suggested it, what it would realistically achieve. Some people are ready to go ahead there and then. Others want time to think, which is completely fine.
Because every engagement is built around your specific situation, I don't have a price list — cost depends on scope, timeframe and what combination of support makes sense. You'll always know the cost of each option before you decide anything.
