Trainee Academy


My trainee academy takes your new and current hires from candidates with potential to members of your team that are flourishing. Enabling them to hit their targets, navigate through mindset struggles, fill their skill gaps and ultimately help them to succeed using a tried and tested programme.

Lots of agencies are experiencing a period of growth and are busier than ever. This requires more ‘bums on seats’, but experienced consultants don’t grow on trees and are in short supply at the moment. The answer? Trainees!

Trainees have so much potential but require an investment of time and attention. I understand that as a manager it can be difficult to step away from your desk and training might not be a strong suit. The minefield that is hiring trainees can be hard to navigate as it is hard to know what to look for when they have no previous experience. This is where I come in. I can help walk you through and assist in getting your trainees to flourish, saving you time and stress using a proven system that has been tried and tested.

Once training begins the trainees will receive the knowledge required to become effective and efficient recruiters. Management will get regular updates on trainees’ progress as well as a plan of action for when I am not on site.

What to expect

My trainee academy is split into 3 key stages, but will always be personalised to your specific needs.

  • From my own experiences in recruitment, I'm able to identify someone that looks worthwhile speaking to, so from the get-go, I'm here to offer advice on who you want to take to the interview process. 

    I can perform DISC assessments on any potential hires you are interviewing, so you are able to get a good idea of the person through the interview process. I design and deliver the assessment itself, so you can concentrate on assessing and learning about these individuals, and whether ultimately they are the right fit for your business.

  • Once you decide who you want to hire, I can then come in and train them. 

    Putting together a tried and tested training program, based on the things that you want to be included and my own experience of what works as well, I'll deliver training to push your new hires to achieve and exceed their goals. 

  • Now your new hires are trained, I can then move from training them to coaching, helping them to create positive behaviours and embed the learning they've gained from the training.

    Through one-on-one sessions with any of your new hires, I’ll help them work towards specific goals that are going to help them be successful and competent recruitment consultants. Enabling them to hit their targets, navigate through mindset struggles, fill their skill gaps, and ultimately help them to succeed.

Each workshop is held monthly on Zoom and is £280 per/person.

Bespoke Training


Every recruitment business I support works differently therefore, my training must be able to adapt. By throwing ready-made, "cookie-cutter" approaches out the window I ensure each of my clients gets a bespoke treatment that works best for them.

Bespoke training is designed and based on specific needs, goals and problems your team/business is facing which will be discussed within your first consultation call.
